We're excited to share our latest updates focused on strengthening Seeking Sigma's foundation. While we've been shipping features at a rapid pace over the past few months, we've dedicated recent sprints to ensure everything works seamlessly together, boost performance, and enhance your daily experience.
Infrastructure & Performance Improvements
We've deployed a global CDN with multiple edge locations, bringing Seeking Sigma closer to you no matter where you are. This means faster load times and a more responsive experience across all features.
We've successfully migrated all user data to our new database architecture. You'll notice significantly faster query responses and smoother interactions throughout the platform.
Enhanced Stability & QA
We've made substantial investments in our quality assurance process:
Cleared our entire backlog of user-reported issues
Implemented a comprehensive daily QA testing routine
Streamlined our engineering pipeline to deliver fixes and updates more quickly
These improvements mean you'll experience fewer interruptions and get access to new features and fixes faster than ever.
With these foundational improvements in place, we're well-positioned to continue innovating while maintaining the stability and performance you expect. Thank you for your continued support and feedback – it helps us make Seeking Sigma better every day.
We now track your metrics, account-wide and present them all to you in one easy-to-digest reporting page.
For sales team leaders, this will give you never seen before insight into your team's performance using Seeking Sigma.

Prospect Hub Templates
Unlike sales, prospecting is all about volume. With this in mind we've deliberately designed our prospecting workflow around speed. Users can now take the time to creatively design their perfect prospect hub once and then use it as a template to generate new prospects in a matter of seconds. Don't want to record a custom video for each prospect? No problem, you can now set a default video and much more.
Prospect Table & New Contact Triage:
We've released a compact table designed to hold and display mass prospects along with the ability to archive prospects you no longer want to see. We've also released our new contact identified cards inspired by Instagram stories.
Create With Just A URL:
Seeking Sigma was designed around the premise: Personalisation is what wins deals but unfortunately personalisation comes at the expense of time but what if it didn't have to… We're excited to announce that just by entering a prospects URL, we'll automatically pull in their logo, colours and branding. This allows you to create a personalised prospect hub in seconds with little to no effort.
Share A Prospect Hub:
Once create and configured you can now share with all the following methods:
Unique link
Twitter
LinkedIn
Email Embed
We've released both direct contact links or universal links which allow you to send prospects to anonymous users.
Capture New Contacts:
We've completed our contact engine and we now capture anonymous visitors and highlight them for action.
Customer Facing Prospect Hubs:
We're launching prospects hubs with some amazing features that we believe cover 99% of the prospecting workflow:
A dedicated landing page for the prospect
A book a call page (CTA)
Customer stories (social proof)
Action bar to highlight the next steps
Bugs Fixes:
Improvements to our content editor
Sigma Meeting AI:
We've been hard at work on building our new meeting bot. We now have the ability to spin up a Sigma AI bot which will join your Zoom, Meet and Teams calls with just a click. Once in the call, our bot will record the meeting and transcribe it in real time - this is then automatically stored on our servers and used to create Sigmas. No more copy and pasting transcripts or embedding external meeting recordings.
Integrations Library:
We've consolidated our Zoom and Slack integration into a new integrations library and also added our latest supported integration - Calendly!
Content Library:
An essential piece of the puzzle in creating great Sigmas is ensuring the that our AI can draw from rich content that your entire organisation feeds into. We're excited to announce that within our new content library, your team can now create:
Meeting recordings
Customer stories
Comparisons
Questions
Logos
Bugs Fixes:
We've created placeholders for the showcase and insights pages which will come in later versions of the app
We've moved development testing over to a new instance of the app so that new deployments don't effect existing users
AI Product Knowledge:
We now train our AI on your unique product and apply this context across our entire product. This type of global context ensures consistency across your product messaging throughout all the Sigmas we generate and act as a base for our model to build from. It also ensures that nothing important is missed, even if your sales rep doesn't bring it up on the sales call.
Embedded Contracts:
Our vision from the very beginning has been for a Sigma to be a central hub for the entire revenue cycle. We plan on rolling out a series of widgets and integrations which can be easily slotted amongst our AI content on the page, starting first with Pandadoc.
Signals Via Slack DM:
We've improved our signal engine and we now send notifications to the sales rep who owns the Sigma instead of a single channel - meaning you no longer get spammed when your coworkers Sigmas start getting lively : )
Product Analytics:
It's not user facing but it is important. We've partnered with PostHog to setup deep product analytics throughout the platform which hopefully allows us to monitor errors and use cases so we can continue building the best product for our customers.
Bugs Fixes:
We now check enriched brand colours to make sure they look good amongst your other content before applying it to the entire Sigma
We've solved an redirect issue that occurs at sign in
