Seeking Sigma's Vision For The Future of Revenue Teams

We envision a world where humans in revenue teams spend their time talking to other humans, nothing else. We believe the next major shift since the introduction of the internet is coming. Marketing and sales teams will soon be replaced with a new “revenue” team. This team will consist of a CRO + AI as a teammate + support humans (who double as sales reps).

Soon, a CRO will decide on a strategy & budget and then feed it into an AI-powered platform which already understands their product and market. The platform will orchestrate various AI agents to run the entire revenue cycle, for example, one sends email outreach, another answers phone calls and another sends personalised followups. When humans show up, they take calls, build relationships and AI does the rest.
